  My family has used Terry for years and he knows his business. He has helped me fix the appliance myself many times over the phone. He is honest and really is about fixing your appliances , not tossing them and buying new and not because his business is fixing things but because as we all know, some of the new stuff on the market is not made as well as older products. I will say he is very chatty but honest to a fault. I never review anybody and just got a call from another friend about who I use and I googled him for them and saw no reviews. Sadly, there are none here but I know he is also very busy, hence because he is good at what he does.
